We may make amendments to these terms and to the information contained in our website, without obligation to inform you in advance, so we advise you to check back often. By using this site, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to proceed an order on this website. We are running a small business, and we do not want to over produced. We would rather produced the right quantities, provide the best quality at a fair price. This is why we do pre-order. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, order to appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that SNOBE GET AN ATTITUDE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, SNOBE GET AN ATTITUDE shall issue a credit to you. After a cancellation, you will receive an email to notify you.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to discontinue any product at any time, to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. All prices on our site are listed in Euro, US Dollar or Pounds, but chargedin Euro. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is as accurate as possible, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. All prices includes 21% Belgian TVA for shipment within E.C.
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We do our best to keep the available stock accurate. It may however happen that you purchased an item out of stock. In that case, we will contact you to offer an exchange or the total refund of your order. We are under no obligation to compensate you.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. PAYMENT METHODS

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage that is on a secure server behind a firewall. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. All orders are dispatched by privates carriers. All orders accepted before 3pm GMT will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Please note this can take longer during special periods as sales or Christmas when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends and national holiday. Every order placed on Friday after 3pm GMT, Saturday, Sunday and national holiday will be processed on the following working day.
We can’t be held responsible for delay due to the weather, mistake from the delivery service or due to a control of the customs.
You can find a preview of the shipping option in your basket. The delay and shipping cost will be notified there.
During free shipping promotions, or for purchase above 400€, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
If you wish to be delivered in Russia, please provide a professional address and a VAT number.
Tax & Duties
For countries in EU, all products are submitted to Belgium VAT of 21%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the webstore.
All countries out of EU are submitted to customs charge. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unfortunately unable to advise the amount of these charges.
9. REVOCATION PERIOD
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel any order made until the reception of the shipment confirmation. From this time, you have 14 days from the reception of the goods to send back the items not wished for an exchange or a refund. The shipping back is at your charge and we do not refund shipping cost.
