We only accept return for items new, unused with brand and security tags attached (and protective adhesive strip for swimwear). Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
You will receive an email with all the indication requested for the shipping back.
We ask you to note the return number clearly on the package.
We offer second shipping in case of exchange. However, possible taxes and duties are in charge of the customer. Exchanges are subject to quantities availability.
You can choose to be refunded on the credit card used for the payment, on your bank account.

Track an order When your order will be sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Simply click on TRACK NOW below your tracking number to follow your package status on the carrier website.
Out at the delivery
If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the carrier will leave a card to notify you. Follow the instructions to pick up the package or arrange a second delivery.
Send the package in a different address than billing address? In your account, you have the possibility to manage the shipping addresses independently that the billing address.
Customs costs Customs duties are at your charge. They vary according to the country of delivery. You can contact you local custom for more information.
For countries in EU, all products are submitted to Belgium VAT of 21%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the webstore.
All countries out of EU are submitted to customs charge. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unfortunately unable to advise the amount of these charges.
We are using Paypal and countries inside EU can also pay with bank transfers.

To create an account you can click on the LOGIN tab in the left corner of every page, then on the option REGISTER for new customer. You can also create a new account after checking out in your basket, by clicking on the option REGISTER for new customer. You need to create an account in order replace an order.
If you forgot your password, click on LOGIN tab in the left corner of every page, You will have to answer your address email in order for us to send you an email with a link to reset your password.
If you notice a defect on an item within 5 days from the reception of your order, please contact email@example.com to request a refund or exchange. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, simply click on UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of every newsletter.
Do I need an account to place an order? You need to set up an account on our website in order to place an order. You can easily do it before or during making your order. Having an account will also enable you to store billing and shipping information, track past orders and build a wish list.
How will I know you received my order? After you placed your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Please note that this is not confirmation that your purchase has been made. We will first check everything is correct with your order, approve your payment and finally we will send you a shipment confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, we will shortly contact you by email.
You have the possibility to add your VAT number into your account, under the tab EDIT DETAILS.
All items are subject to stock availability. If items that you have ordered are out of stock, we will try to contact you at the email address provided when you placed your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we may try to contact you by phone. Without any answer, we will continue to process the remaining items of your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authorization. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.
If you’d like to add an item to an existing order, you can contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to send your request. We will do our best to help you but it may be impossible if your order had already been shipped.
If you notice a mistake in your shipment information, you can contact us by email email@example.com to correct your information. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue, however, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.
